Block and Parry

The parry timing seems to be inconsistent to say the least.

Blocking is basically rolling a 5* featured. Usually you can pull it off but it LOVES to fail at the WORST times

Pretty sure they are done with parry and wanted it to be this way. It will never be what it was pre 12.0.
