Quake tampered with?

Has quake been changed recently? She hasn’t been able to transition from evade to heavy as easy as before. The timing seems to be off now. I used to be great using Quake. Now i suck because she just stands there when i heavy.

I find that cleaning my ipad screen sometimes helps with dropped inputs.

4 out of 5 times that I try to use a heavy with quake, she just stands there. I have no problem using heavies with any other champ. she is just useless to me which sucks because I would love to have her in my toolbox.
