I wish I had that 7% chance to win the lotto!! CapIw R5 against mordo, back to back clean intercept back to back 7% chance to evade ! Cap dead!

    I mean technically even with a 7% chance it is possible that they can evade you every single attack you throw at them, or never evade at all, so really just depends if you're lucky or not.

    Emma's diamond form will keep her from being stunned, which is nice.

    Will her telepath form allow her to stop evade from Mesmerize? I haven't tested it yet.

    Some counters could be Emma, AA, Ice, Blade, true strike champs?
