Champions appearing where they shouldn't

Lol well the long standing funny bug decided to show up again for me and my champion detached and went next to the fight confirmation screen.

Then the others showed up on the left and every time I switched to one the other would go there and merge with the rest.

Also had my champion and their opponent disappear from the AQ fight confirmation to recently.

Why is it that you can't seem to fully fix this and stop it from happening.

Anyone else seen this or the other versions appear lately as well

    Then they all merged on the side, honestly it's kinda funny that this type of issue has been happening on and off for quite awhile along with numerous other ones.

    I remember that they said that they fixed it a few months ago yet it appears heere and I think some other threads to, makes me a bit worried sometimes about the state of the game and uh
