Kabam suport makes no sense

Recently I was trying to link a kabam acc to my Marvel contest of champions. It turns out i already have linked an account. However i was not aware of this and have no idea what the email was. So I ask kabam support for my email. (as since it is mine i can just reset password and change it on the email THAT I OWN) i was not asking to change the email, just to recover what it was to save the time from going through the many emails ive created and have most likely forgotten about. So i contact kabam support. With the request clearly being. IVE FORGOTTEN MY KABAM ID. They say the usual well be happy to help, but we need to verify the acc. And one of the verification questions is, WHAT IS UR KABAM ID. And i try to email them saying i dont know which is why i have contacted you guys in the first place. But they just close the discussion. PLEASE someone explain why this makes any sense wat so ever, and if someone from kabam sees this PLEASE change it.

    Like its my account as well, and they wont except photo evidence or any other evidence, but the one thing i clearly dont know and im asking for. That shouldnt be a security question at all, or for this type of request

    They can't accept just a Photo because anyone would be able to provide that. You need to at least know your Account Name. It's a security measure.

    Agree with @GroundedWisdom (no idea why his answer was flagged), Kabam can't accept a photo or a screenshot as a proof of you owning that account, due to security issues.
    If you live anywhere near any of the Kabam offices, just take your device there and ask for the help. :)

    So here is why it makes sense, both of the last 2 posters talk about it, but dont go into detail so I will.

    Part of the problem, a small part, is on Kabams side for not having better account security with security questions and the like, but even still that would not help you here.

    1) You dont know your email address. Exactly how many email addresses do you have that you dont know all of them? This is a red flag in security. Even if you have sooo many email addresses that you cannot accurately remember them all they still would not do what you want because they cannot possibly know this
    2) You may have stolen a device with weak security and taken a screen shot off of it, or picked a screen shot off the internet.
    3) You can always unlink games from your google play or icloud on your device. The fact that your are claiming to be just tying to link another game, but dont want to unlimit the old one but want access to the the account runs contrary to your first claim and throws another red flag.
