How do certain bugs happen?

So, domino’s incinerate on heavy is broken. But why? Nothing about her was supposed to be touched. What other changes could effect that? I don’t understand how things like this could happen unless her abilities were being tinkered with. This is why we have trust issues. It’s awful suspicious.

    Champs rely on sequences of Buffs triggering, and if something affects things like timings, it can cause Buffs to trigger slower. Sort of like layers. If they're not triggering fast enough, other layers can overlap. It's just timing issues all over the board, and that is affecting all kinds of Champs.

    I bet it was Kabam Thrillson, prob doesnt like Domino being better than Deadpool.

    It looks like it may have been something that carried over from a fix with how her Incinerate was not transferring damage after Mr Sinister transfers the Debuff. Knock Ons like this are not common, but they do happen.

    And the fix will come when? You guys already have lots of piling unresolved issues. This is not acceptable.
