Fear of The Void not activating with synergy.

As you can see, my void is paired with Hawkeye and this synergy grants fear of the void at the start of fight against Avengers. Hulk is an avenger. I don't see Fear of The Void anywhere. Help would be appreciated.

fear of the void is an ability you only get when he is awakened, it speeds up the time debuffs are placed based on sig level. Since he does not have this ability unless awakened "overcoming fear" synergy only works while awakened.

Technically speaking the synergy "works" whether void is awakened or not. But since void needs his sig ability to even active or "have" the fotv ability, it simply doesn't do anything.

Why did someone flag him? He didn't do anything? He just explained the concept and I understood why.

Void is ridiculous, if you want a great synergy to try. Pair void and killmonger together.

Now that's a fun synergy, that doesnt rely on either champ being awakened

Yes, since FOTV is Void’s sig ability, he has to be awakened for his part of the synergy to apply. The +15% attack seems to work though.

Another example of something similar is Thor (Rag) synergy with Loki which gives Loki the ability to generate power up to his second bar of power with ascendant instead of just his first, but he must also be awakened for that.
