Who is the Most Boring Champion to Play?

Comment down below which character do you find the most boring to play. For me it's either Hulkbuster or Black Bolt.

For me it's civil warrior. It takes forever to reach his sp2, longer than any other champ, and when I do reach and use his sp2, it's not even a total power drain like vision.

Another one for me would be symbiote Supreme. Yes I know he's amazing against specific foes, but for the most part his power gain is boring, same goes for doctor strange.
