Which Champion(s) need a nice dose of b u f f and how should they be buffed?

Magneto. And joe fixit doesn't need a buff unless kabam decide to release him as 5 or 6* as there no point in buffing champs that are only available as 4* and below

OML and Groot. They need a better mechanic than trying to get hit to activate all their charges.
