If you have killmonger, you can get the true strike and spam heavies after it

Duped Iceman. Get coldsnap. Spam heavy. Fire off SP1s to refresh it. Not the most effective, but it'd work I imagine.

What worked for me was Hyperion (intercepting with sp1 or sp3, not sp2 as it could be easily punished if evaded), or countering heavies with heavies with Cap IW
