Putting in tickets and getting help

Is it me or is putting in a ticket the biggest circle jerk. Seems it’s is the same canned answer and the repeated requests for information already provided. Horrible customer service. Has anyone ever got anytime resolved ? Me...personally never.

As for an issue resolved yes when the 80 sig stone crystal came out and 60 of them went to overflow. They fixed it and converted those 60 +1sig stones to +5 sig stones so they wouldn't expire

If you are not, there are chances this can cause a circle of responses that seem very similar to one another. Our teams do their best to assist you, but we do ask that you help us in return by properly understanding what the issue is.

If you feel you were and your issue was not resolved (that isn't performance based as we have threads open here and also collect information from support for investigation purposes), you can contact a mod.
