Best Mystic Champion?

I have a 4* mystic awakening gem and enough resources to take a mystic 4* to rank 5. The only semi-decent mystic 4* I have is Mephisto, which champion should I wait to pull, to use these resources on?

Magik doesn't really need dupe but is better when duped. SW needs dupe to be useful and high sig to be great. Save for SW.
