Alliance Tier Progression

I am fairly new and trying to make sure I understand alliance progression. I'm in a Bronze 1 alliance and am being offered a spot in a Silver 2 alliance. Is this a good thing and what are some things I might watch out for? I don't want to be kicked 2 days into moving.

Two things. First, this is a question you should ask the prospective alliance leader. Second, what do you want out of the game? If you got an offer for a Silver 1 alliance would you jump again? How about a Gold 2 alliance? If you could keep up, would you keep jumping? You have to know what you want.

Normally, what people want when they recruit someone is that they will enter and successfully run their paths in AQ and AW (if they participate in AW, which seem to be the case here). Keep up with everyone else in terms of alliance events and overall progression and you will probably be fine.
