2015 rank up gem not functioning after update

So just got that cosmic 2015 gem I really need for my venom I go to rank him up and it shows the rank up gem but won’t let me select it venom is r3 already and I want to r4 him what can I do

Not sure my other 2015 r4 gems are working either come on it’s a advancement milestone also at the moment.
