Is there a way to log into game center or restore an old account?

If your old account was connected to game center then if you relogin it should be back.

Every time I am in gamecenter it fails to log in to the game. I can only log in if I am not in game center.

I assume you have log-out from the App before attempting to login to Game Centre and from Game Centre opening the app.

If it still can't work, could it be your did not remember the login ID or password?
