    I mean effective can be a lot of things. I'd say in terms of damage from personal experience, either Havok with 10 Plasma Charges and 10 Buildups on the opponent, or Prox with 4 missions completed.

    I meant in terms of most Damage done. That might go to Proxima or Havok.
    It also depends on synergies and RNG. An SP3 from Domino with a critical bleed can be insane.

    I believe Iron Man IW is brutal, he basically shoots u after you’ve been knocked unconscious. Also the sentry/void ones look horrific as well

    I would say it would be Guillotine. She literally summons, like, 8 of the previous guillotines who all stab youin the chest at once. Oof.
