Acount got hacked

My old account id is supermanofko Someone got my account info and hacked my account. The hacker used a cheat and got my account banned. I would like to be able to get the ban lifted. I've submitted some tickets but nothing has come of it.

hackers would hack bank accounts or credit cards or something worth their effort. Why would they hack your MCOC account and completed the quests for you? LOL
