Seems not working as I tried several times.....
The options I'm seeking advice are:
1. IMIW
2. Sentinel
3. Red Skull
4. Wait for other tech (e.g. spidey, SL or Ghost)

Thanks for the info and comments above. It’s a really tough call as IMIW works well even without duped but his auto block is insane in AW defence if duped, sentinel is a highly functional champ yet his defence capability relies on awakening.

Even though IMIW is difficult to play against, each time I face this champ, I get to work intercepting his heavy and I am improving!

It may be better to decide based on using the champ rather than placing on defense.
