Free rank up gem 4>5

I just finished Variant 2 and received a Mutant 4>5 rank up gem...my solid options are AA currently rank 4 Sig 73, Iceman currently rank 4 unduped, Emma Frost currently rank 3 unduped.

Any thoughts everyone?

I have AA at r4, and I'll admit, his damage isn't as crazy as it used to be in some of the recent, super high HP fights. I'd love to take him to r5. With that said, my choice between the two would probably still be Emma. Her sky-high utility and solid damage just make her too valuable in my eyes, and at the moment, the champs I'm taking to r5 are champs that I want to be useful in a wide variety of situations. AA exceedingly underwhelming in bleed or poison immune matchups.
