Morales evade

If I'm not mistaken, morales needs to consume one spider sense charge in order to evade, right?
So why does he evade even without any charge?

    Yep. Happens to me all the time. Go in for an attack when he has no charges, and he still evades. Not an acknowledged bug though...

    Agreed. Fight him by taking down his evade charges and not using specials.
    That's how it should work but not how it's working.
