We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Do not purchase dungeon crystals

I’ve recently come across a problem with dungeon crystals, they send them straight to your inventory and they are not usable, I bought two crystals one being a test to see if the same problem happened, kabam has reimbursed me the shards but have not given me my crystal back, they said would fix the issue but only one part of the issue has been fixed I urge people do not buy crystals until the issue is fixed

There was an issue that caused the 3-Star Chaos crystal to go to your Inventory instead of the Crystal Vault, but that issue has been fixed. Anybody that purchases the Crystal not will not see this issue. Anybody that experienced it before the fix will have the situation fixed for them in the near future.
