Uncollected difficultly Event Quests are locked, but I don’t think Act 5 itself is.

Had a lvl 37 in global that was uncollected, only 4/40 4*s and other people on global saying he was a modder can’t be uncollected at lvl 37 required to be 40. Just checking to see who is right it of curiosity.

I believe they said if you beat the collector before level 40, you wouldn't get the in game mail with the title until you reached the threshold.

I recently became uncollected as well, the calendar does not change until the cycle is finished.
