4* silver Blade vs 5* black panther (civil war)

Hi,
i have intension to rank up 4* Blade (silver) from rank 4 to rank 5.
Also, i want to rank up 5* black panther from rank 2 to rank 3.
i have not been using the two so not sure how good or bad they are.
Can you share with me which one i should rank them up? like which one is worth the tire 4 class catalyst? or should i just wait for the next hero to use the catalyst?
