Account tampered with

Can someone explain why kabam doesn’t inform you when suspicious activity is happening on your account. Logged in to find all my 2/3/4 champs sold, all my units used and instead replaced by several new 5* champs?

Not sure how they would know this was suspicious, because someone obviously has the logon creds for your account.

Don’t see how though as I’ve never shared it with anyone (not even my son). Surely they can tell something’s wrong when a account goes from 760k to just over 150k
