I mean, is it possible to be positive if you get wham-bammed by Kabam over and over again?
What? The odds are against you. Clearly. If 70-80 champs are in a crystal, and you are hoping for 1 out of say 20 of them, what do you think is most likely to happen? The hope is to get “lucky” not the other way around.
*sigh*.
There is literally no end. There are people who wholeheartedly believe that 5% (or whatever) means 100%.
I’m not even joking. That’s a real thing.
Yeah, I never said that I expected fantastic champs all the time, from ever single crystal. All I’m saying is that it’s ridiculous and more than disheartening to constantly get smacked in the face by Kabam with absolute garbage over and over again, no matter what the chances are.
I understand that we cannot get what we want all the time. Problem here is we get what we don’t want all the time. We work hard to get a high level crystal, it turned out an useless one. So we have to start again. Again and again. The joy is short. The frustration is big and lasts forever.
After playing this game for about 2 years you will start to lose your interest with opening new crystal, you turn your interest to something else, like rank up gems, then you realize that it’s also a RNG product, it means you get fuked. You will lose your interest again.
Don’t chase crystals because it leads to nowhere. Only frustration.
I've played this game for over 4 years. I've opened many "bad" crystals and I have no intention of putting the game down. The problem you have is that you feel you SHOULD get the champ you want, when you want it out of a RNG based crystal. You think the "effort" you put forward makes you special and more deserved of a better champ. We're all on the same playing field when opening crystals. Everyone has the same chances in the pools. When you open crystals, hope for what you want but in the end if you don't, move on to the next crystal. This game is about collecting champs good or bad. At some point, opening enough of them will get you what you want.

Speaking from experience, there isn't any champ in the 6* crystal I think I "should" get. What is seriously depressing and what I think OP is getting at is that the bottom of the barrel champs are so bad they are practically unusable in the current state of the game. When you are "lucky" enough to keep pulling the bottom of the barrel champs it is quite disheartening. The 6* crystal houses so many of the worst champs in the game its absolutely pathetic. Unless you've personally experienced only pulling the worst champions in the 6* crystal there really isn't much you can say. As I mentioned earlier, I'm one of those lucky ones who has 7 (soon to be 8) of the top tier trash 6* champion, so I fully understand where the OP is coming from.
I dont know about you guys but I am happy with 45 out of the 85 in the pool right now and I still got disappointed 2 times in a row and I know I will be again this month.

I have 11. Beast- My first one. Luke Cage Wasp- full use duped. Masacre- Needs dupe The Champion- Needs dupe Hela Thor Rags Loki Dormammu- Needs Dupe Black Bolt Guillotine
I have 2 "usable" 6*'s but really, Luke Cage is the only one i do use because he can still be used without his dupe. I use Dorm on defense but just because hes a 6*. I don't have great 6*'s but it doesn't matter to me. I am going to keep playing and know the more I can open, the more chances i have to get something i'd like.
OP only has 2, it's also likely he doesn't have a lot of R4's or R5's so at their point in the game, a 6* can still be helpful.
Masacre def doesnt 'need dupe', Great on stun immune nodes, pretty decent dmg output, synergy with domino to take into Act 6. Hela is an amazing dmg output champ if you can use her heavies. Thor rags decent on defense with power gain nodes or other such. Black bolt is great for medusa synergy for Act 6. I would say you have a pretty decent 6 star roster that I would like myself.

Okay, I didn't realize he only had 2, in which case it's I can see where you're coming from, although those first few 6* champs can be some of the hardest ones to obtain and to receive total garbage is a bit demotivating. I think we all understand the rng aspect of it, however, it just seems like far too many people have been getting 6* champs for over a year now and still don't have any they can use. Honestly I'd love to get one 6* champ that I could at least use in quests, but I haven't even gotten that yet.

Yeah but that's the same with any star rarity, not just 6*'s.
