Domino is a monster, no doubt about it, and I have her duped at 5/65.

That said, I also have Ghulk duped at 5/65, and I can honestly say I use him SOOOO much more than Domino. He's a killer in Variant 2 as an XL champ, was very helpful on the "no retreat" nodes in 6.1 (activates Face Me for huge damage), poison immune, and if you have a Thor Rag, that synergy lets him go indestructible at 20%, so you can get a lot more damage in with revives.
