AW/AQ Synergy Teams Question

I was wondering if it's dumb to run a synergy team if my other members aren't four stars or higher.

For example:
4 star Domino
3 star Red Hulk and Massacre

Obviously, I wouldn't play the three stars, but am I setting myself up for failure to only have one champ to play?

    (A) depends on what rank you are talking about for your 4* vs 3*, A max 3* is actually comparable (maybe more so if you have them at high Sig Ability) to a 4* 3/30.

    (B) otherwise, consider whether the extra Synergy actually makes your single higher champ you will use become 2-3 times more effective (vs bringing all 3 high rated heroes to use for different fights).

    4 star Domino is R5/55 with Sig 50
    3 star Red Hulk is R2 with Sig 8
    3 star Massacre is R1 with Sig 8

    I'm guessing that won't do it for AW (Tier 6)/AQ (Map 3)...

    For AQ it will work... Domino will get the job done for you.

    Only if you play cleanly and don't need to take excessive DOT paths or can't beat the minis.
    Generally not worth it to me. Pick just one of those plus another 550 champ and try it.
