6.2.5 Mordo boss bug

Is anyone else having issues with quake not being able to evade when charging heavies . Or better yet does anyone know if the boss is actually bugged it it confirmed from Kabam

For every champ dead on your team you lose 25% attack and ability accuracy. Make sure you revive everyone before going in
