How do I stream mcoc without bluestacks?

I read that it is not permitted and I run a quaint channel and have been streaming other games and wondering what the workaround is for this one?

Well dude, 1st of all use emulators is forbidden according to MCOC policy, you could only stream by sharing your phone's screen on your computer, so basically that should work.
