OG Vision L1 has a bug… [Under Investigation]

Kabam Mods can you please have someone the look into this and fix this bug & issue. When using OG Vision L1 vs an opponent , it is supposed to Power Drain to zero and they are to lose their health. Vision's L1 is only Power Drain, but there is no health loss. I hope this gets fixed asap and thanks for your time.

I see there's also a bug for L2 also, could it be more to it than just the 2 Specials?
