Why aren't I getting the 1 day event rewards?

I've been in my alliance for months and I've put some points in but it won't let me collect my rewards even after restarting my app.

Same can’t start AQ either. Dungeons not acting right either.

Joke aside, I had the same bug, and eventually, it went away and I cashed in the milestone rewards
