Should I R4 unduped S. supreme or unduped Sparky.

If I do r4 sparky who should I r5 duped STAR LORD or unduped SPARKY

Definitely go Sparky. Star Lord really doesn't have much use in the game anymore. At this point anything Star Lord can do can be done better by another champ in 99% of situations

Sparky would be a better option since they both are benefited vastly by their signature ability. Since you have your Sparky duped. It would be the logical decision to rank him up.
