I voted other simply because I can't believe GP isn't on this list.... But it seriously depends on what node the magik is on and assuming they have MD.

obviously AA is going to be trash on immunity nodes along with pretty much everyone on your list. GP rocks magik on immunity nodes because of her sig.

For the boss node, AA is probably the best but GP is a serious contender. She is built to be a magik killer imo

That depends on your WS. The higher his sig level the more often he gets power drain

You might want to read that sig again. His chance of power drain does not increase. The AMOUNT of power he drains increases. It's a flat 15% chance that his crits trigger power drain.

I know what it says but since I increased his sig. Level from 20 to just shy of 60 the power drain happens about 30% more often. I use him every AW and sometimes in AQ and it has been extremely consistent at 30% increase.

To go back on your point, sure her limbo will not kick in 100% but you will be triggering much more pwr with your buffs that you essentially give her more chances to trigger limbo. Sure you wont trigger 1 or 2 limbos, but how lucky would you have to be to not trigger multiple limbos in a row.

On my main account the most recent was tier 3 a little over a week ago and definitely had MD either at level 4 or level 5.

Idk how some people seem to have one shot Magik with CB, but from my personal experience, it's absolutely impossible. I have tried fighting Magik as boss with MD with CB and it didn't end well. No amount of baiting could keep her below one bar. She will reach L3 sooner or later and then it's game over. Even the near constant Limbo damage from expiring furies will kill CB. You cannot keep hitting Magik because you need to bait, which results in CB not getting and maintaing a high number of fury buffs, which in turn reduces his effectiveness as a AA reducer

If you looked at who I actually voted for before even posting my reply I voted for Magik too. I don't have AA. I'd love to use Magik against a Magik boss in war since she worked so well in Act 5 against her. But I am forced to place her and use what I have. BTW not saying they work every time and there is some luck involved in the limbo not processing at one bar of power. But again she is not impossible to beat with CB. Very tough though.

Hes good but definitely not the best, 5/50 beast doesn't have the damage output to one shot 5* rank4 magik bosses in AW while champs like gwenpool and archangel can not only control her limbo just as effectively as beast but also do insane damage.

Fights are usually over in a min with thor. Not really comparable when the first 30 secs you can pretty much do most of the opponents hp. Sure he gets increased fury buff but does it really matter when you ko the opponent in a few more hits?

Let's say you are fighting Magik and she has less than bar of power. Even if you have a fury buff with WS active or fury buffs active with CB you can back off and once they expire she should be around a bar of power max. Bait her to use her s1 then leap in and hit her. In no way is it ideal compared to using GP (or AA for that matter). But it can work. I'm guessing you are the type of player who sits back and watches their Magik boss fall and then thinks "oh, they must have cheated."

My vote was for "other" because GP is who I would choose to use. I just voiced my opinion because you seem to have a major chip on your shoulder and want to argue with every person in this thread.

Let's say you are fighting Magik and she has less than bar of power. Even if you have a fury buff with WS active or fury buffs active with CB you can back off and once they expire she should be around a bar of power max. My vote was for "other" because GP is who I would choose to use. I just voiced my opinion because you seem to have a major chip on your shoulder and want to argue with every person in this thread.

When fury buffs expire...limbo gonna kill u, just get her 3-4 times above 1 bar of power and u r dead if u don't use a specific champs

That one fury buff could be the end of you. The fury buff refreshes every time he gets fury. Since you do not know when you are actually getting fury buffs, you will feed MD at a pace you can not control (which might make him even worse than CB).
I have tried WS in AW against a mystic champ and they reached l3 really quick from fury buffs that were unexpected.

Maybe you need to improve your baiting skills. He can work as can Crossbones if you are good enough at baiting.

WS while he has a chance to pwr drain, it is definitely too unreliable. When you couple that in with random furies getting triggered he is not that good against mystic champs.

Let's say you are fighting Magik and she has less than bar of power. Even if you have a fury buff with WS active or fury buffs active with CB you can back off and once they expire she should be around a bar of power max. You can't fight this slowly with bones and do any damage. I have 5* R4, even he does very little damage without stacking fury buffs. The only way to stack fury buffs is to be aggressive, and being aggressive means MD will eventually bite you. I can get a good chunk of damage in before that happens, but not solo a T1 mini boss or main boss.

Lmao... i play t1 wars and take down magiks with 2-3 deaths. I know how she works cause i have her at 4/55.
Im not arguing with everyone. Just stating my opinion that cb/ws will feed md too much for them to be viable.

Doc Oct, he turns limbo into damage with Biology, and physics into power gain for him and power lock for Magik, MD gets returns to Doc Oct if physics is on breakthrough

Would approach this in two ways. Counter her abilities and power drain. That said, either version of Vision works well to prevent bleed and power drain. He has no real buffs so no prob there. AA is a beast in that he can flat out kill her before her limbo has time to take effect. Even if she’s lucky, her ability will be so diminished by neurotoxins it won’t matter. Red Hulk and Voodoo good options.
