Cost of deals

This is going to sound very silly to those that don't know economics. But is there a way we can change the price of deals according to the cost of living in that area. $100 for someone in California is not the same as $100 for someone in the midwest. Has Californians make almost 1.5 times the amount per dollar then people in the Midwest. It's like this global with fluctuating econometrics. Just trying not to have an unfair advantage.

    Lol in Australia we have to pay $160 for an Odin. That doesn't even convert correctly. Think yourself lucky it's that "cheap".
