Can we get a full description on Summoner Appreciation?

I know we got the game message that listed some things, but is that everything?

When will we see the full descriptions of what is coming and when? Will any of the months feature the Gold & BC 20% boosts?

@Kabam Miike a few have posted this question. Global boosts weren’t mentioned in the description in the in-game email and I think many summoners who have been hoarding gold crystals are wondering if we’ll get a boost for a portion (week or 2) of this 3 month event.
