To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. We have adjusted the node placement of the new AW maps to better allow path traversal. As a result, defender placements have been reset. Please, take a moment to re-place your defender setup. We will be pushing out a message in-game shortly.

  • Hey there, sorry to hear about this. I would first recommend going through our troubleshooting steps for either iOS or Android, depending on what type of device you are using. Would you also be able to tell us what device and OS you are using, as well as what version of that OS?

  • This is still happening and i‘m really worried because today is the 4th.
    I necer refunded something and today i cant connect to the iTunes-Store in game.
    In my iTunes-Store everything is fine so it must be something in game thats causing this problem. Hope it gets fixed asap
