Kicked out of matchmaking

Started matchmaking earlier today and matchmaking started as normal. Waited 2.5 hrs and it never found a match. Then it kicked us out of matchmaking. Had to start matchmaking again but of course now it’s too late for the war that’s supposed to start attack phase on July 6th. First image is from the matchmaking that cancelled on its own. Second image is new matchmaking for the war on the 7th.

Send a ticket in to support. They will tell you that they understand your frustration but unfortunately you needed to start matchmaking before the cutoff and now you missed that war but it looks like you are ready for the next war. You will respond in disbelief and ask them if they even read your email. They will thank you for contacting them and say that as this particular issue is resolved they will close the ticket but feel free to contact them in the future should the need arise. You will then be out of options and screwed. Cheers.
