Technically..........he is a staple villain of Spider-Man. Probably one of his most known and popular villains behind the Goblins (green and hob). So yes it makes sense for him to be in those crystals.

What doesn’t make sense is for him to not have any #tag for anything related to Spider-Man. S6/SMV would make sense for his tags.

He should be in the crystal, no doubt. But he should complete the freaking objective. It's really annoying when you open a crystal which is meant to complete the objective and then you pull Kingpin.

It’s not because he got one it’s because he isn’t part of the objective. This has nothing to do with ONLY helping the OP, but asking about an overall issue. If he is in the SV crystal he should also complete the SV objective.
