Getting shorted 500 4 star shards on uncollected

I have finished 2 chapters on uncollected and have only received 1000 4 star shards instead of 2000 4 star shards the rewards say I get 1020 after each shatter but on my crystal shards I only got 500 per chapter

    I haven't gotten the 900 4* shards per act of uncollected
