These “useless” champs are useful, if every champ was “god tier” just imagine trying to make it through Epic level quests. Their use is to make sure every single fight isn’t murder and you have a few “gimmes”.
No, I wouldn’t rank them up and take them in Act 6 but I’d rather fight most of them rather than have to face every single fight being a god tier champ.
So, in other words, their uselessness makes them useful?
Champs who can stun and benefit from it imo are Ronan (with his stun lock), Hype (so you can throw a heavy or two), Hulk (when with two furies from below 25% and from usual hits, you can stun and finish the fight with some decent damage), sw maybe to drain power or stun again. Maybe I'm missing someone, but ip is not one to be on that list. His stun is just a stun, you don't really need it. As for regen, can't argue about that
