    I really like what you're doing here, so please don't take this the wrong way.

    If we talk both of them at their peak, strange would absolutely wipe the floor with her in several dimensions and timelines at once.
    If we talk let's say house of m witch against current 616 strange, she could practically erase his existence in her sleep.

    In terms of raw power, Scarlet Witch definitely wins it. But Doctor Strange is just way too smart and his powers are very versatile. He eats dimensional beings for breakfast (literally), he'll outsmart Scarlet Witch easily.
