Clearly colossus
He's smarter, stronger, faster, more durable, and a better fighter. He has actual training. Cage is just a street fighter.
Cage has impenetrable skin, but his internal body is just like yours. Colossus can punch about 6× harder than Cage with ease. In one of the Netflix shows (JJ I think), Jessica Jones shot Cage in the head with a bullet. The bullet made Cage go unconscious, as well as leaving brain damage. His skin was fine. Colossus on the other hand would probably say the bullet tickled. Colossus can hit like a shotgun. Cage was knocked out by a pistol.
