Let me take a few guesses here.

The one attached to WW2 Cap could be Zemo.
The one attached to Night Thrasher and Darkhawk could be Nova/Richard Rider
The one attached to Namor could be Attuma
Reed is the other one coming off of Surfer and Doom is attached to Reed.
Galactus is attached to Surfer, and the others could be Terax, Nova, and Firelord... because I don't know which other Heralds they could use.
The 2 above Sinister could be Cloak and Dagger
The one linked to Blade might be Morbius
The ones attached to Magik... I honestly have no idea.
