Proving grounds mutant catalysts

Have I just missed it or has it not been on last week and now again this week? Need mutant catalysts to rank up a magneto and colossus so been holding onto ISO for it. Was sure it was meant to be today but instead it's the grandmaster free for all which is pointless because it gives you like 100 fragments of each class. Does anyone know when it should be on? Thanks.
