Medusa auto-blocking while in the middle of a special attack

Hello,
Title says it all. I have seen on many occasions that medusa is able to use her auto blocking ability while in the middle of my won special attack. has anyone come across this?

    Yeah this is intended and I'm pretty sure most autoblock can do that

    yep, Modok does it, IMIW does it, NC and spidy does it in terms of evades.

    No they don't in terms of evade

    Yes evade champs can evade mid specials
    Thought that was only after a stun expires
    Evade champs can always evade specials unless they're stunned like you said

    If they are not stunned they can, but we were not talking about stun, but auto blocking, and evaders can evade special attacks.

    He didn’t mention a stun effect he just said that champs can’t evade mid special I general but they can even after a stun debuff wears off there is still a chance if its multi hit
    Yeah I know but I thought if they weren't stunned and you hit them with the special, they couldn't evade during it if the first hit connected. That's all
    That is incorrect. I have had NC evade so many 3rd parts of corvus without true strike that I cannot count anymore. Same with spidy

    I've fought Spidey quite enough with winter soldier
    Whenever I want to use sp2 I parry then land the first hit.
    He never evades despite the stun timer ending before the special attack ends. We all know how long ws sp2 is.
    So yes. I'm pretty sure evade doesn't trigger once the first hit of the special attack connects. They only evade if the first hit misses, or they're blocking at the time of the special.
    Complained about this before pertaining why the same doesn't work for autoblock

    The more important question is why does Medusa autoblock the 2nd hit of special attacks when the 1st hit connects before living strands is active? Her living strands ability says autoblock happens "when struck twice". She shouldn't auto block the 2nd hit of a special attack when the 1st hit connects before living strands is active.

    Exactly what I assumed back then
    When the first hit of a special connects, the opponent is in a stun like state

    Not sure what you're getting at. Medusa's living strands ability specifies "two hits" for auto block to proc. That means two hits once living strands is active, not one hit before and one hit after living strands is active.
