Unable to change email

I wanted to change my email, I have all the data except the first 2 purchases as my phone got stolen some days ago, and thus I am unable to retrieve the purchase list which I did through Google Play and therefore the support team is rejecting my request everytime.
PS. I have all other details required to change email.
Can somebody/kabam support team see this post and help me out in this please.

Or, select the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within the game. From there scroll to select 'Support'.

Please help me out in this situation also tell if it will work if I can somehow give last 2 purchases.
