Help - Who to R4?

Need a hand on who to R4. Currently working through Act 4 with XP boosts to push to level 60, was level 52 about 4 weeks ago which is progress. Ghost is my main go to atm, I got the skill to play her, run her in wars and always running her with Wasp at least in most situations. Ain't got 5* Antman unfortunately so I can't bring him to help me get Cavalier.

RNG has blessed me with getting Cats of most classes except Tech so I can't R5 Ghost yet but I can R4 someone.
