I am a brawler style of fighter on this game, except for Quake (who I absolutely love). I have champs that require some skill like Beardo and IWIM. It is hard for me to change my style. My question is, should I start investing time and materials into Beardo? Is he really that good?

Yes, beardo is amazing. He has beastly specials and a good sig and his kinetic charges are amazing

At sig 200 hes arguably the most versatile champ in the game, there is very little he cant do.

Dupp makes Beardo complicated, but otherwise he's stupidly easy

Beardo doesn’t require you to change your game play style. Just need to time your parry and the rest is easy. Love it when you takes almost no block damage when his Kinectic Charge is 5

Most god tier champs in this game can be played as a "brawler" with the exception of Ghost and Quake. Archangel also requires you to be defensive at times.

I think the number one brawler in the game in terms of playstyle is Hulk Ragnarok. It is not that you can play him as a brawler, that's the best way to play him period, and he rewards going all out ham on the enemy most of the time. It just feels like you're bashing the enemy into the ground constantly.
