All of these champions are 4 star and going to be rank 3. None are duped. Please give a reason as to why I should rank them up.

    Wolverine
    Wolverine and Quake are top champions, but Wolverine is easier to use... just do not use special attacks and you will have a good regen all the time.

    Also, I know how to use her aftershock, if that makes a difference.
