I have both 4* r4 ghost and starky, and only 1 tech awaken gem..

    I had the same exact choice as you
    Used it on ghost
    regretted it for 3 seconds and then realized that it was really good and haven't looked back since
    I love her awakened ability

    Should it be on high sig level?
    Cause I dont have much yet..
